Dynamic templates are layouts that you create for communications, which are auto-filled with the information from your engagements when you distribute them.
When you create a dynamic template, you will be given the option to select one of the engagement types. Then, you will be able to lay out all the components and information however you wish. Once you have a new engagement of this type that you want to send out, proceed to “Distribute” from inside the engagement, and you will see your new template show up as an option. When you select it, the content will be populated with information from the engagement automatically!
You can also create “Thank you” templates, which are used for follow-up emails after a user interacts with an engagement. By customizing your follow-ups to offer redemptions, event registrations, and questionnaire responses, you can take your communication with your customers to the next level.
