This video will walk you through how to customize a Contact Us (lead generation) form in the Engage lab. Select “Create” to start new, or choose to “Re-Use” the contact us template.
In the Engage Lab, select “Create” on the left, or “Re-Use” beneath Contact Us template to customize your form.
Then, in this order…
- Enter basic info: Title, description, image…
- Customize questions: Create and edit your questions.
- Input final additional info: Schedule, branding elements, social & email options…
- Distribute! Immediately or at a later time.
