How can I schedule my communications?

To schedule your content or communications ahead of time, IntellaSphere offers a scheduling option while you’re creating any engagement or social post, as well as a Content Planner which lives in the Posts Lab.

This video will teach you how to use the Content Planner.

Use the content planner to schedule out your social posts for the month. You can easily label by color and track which topics you are posting about. Do this by setting your Topics at the bottom of the page while you’re creating a social post.

You may also schedule your social posts directly from the post creator/editor. While you’re creating a social post, at the bottom of the page click on the Schedule option and set the day and time you want to send your post live.

Once you’ve scheduled a post, it will appear in your Content Planner!
