The Connections Lab houses IntellaSphere’s CRM, where you can add, import, and manage your contacts and contact lists.
In the Social tab you can see connections from the social media accounts you have added.
Under Customers and Contacts you can store information about people you work with or want to reach out to.
In Lists you are able to categorize connections into subgroups, either manually or based on criteria (e.g. people who have activated an offer in the past month).
