The first time you connect new social profiles, especially Facebook and LinkedIn, your feeds can take some time to load, typically around 30 minutes though sometimes up to 3 hours. So, do not worry if you don’t see your posts immediately—be sure check back later and your content should show up!
Due to API changes, we can currently only show LinkedIn posts which were created through IntellaSphere (so you won’t be able to see your previous posts for now, though we are working to fix this in the near future).
If after 3 hours you are still not seeing your feeds, or are experiencing other issues, please let us know by sending a message to Support@IntellaSphere.com and we’ll look into it.
