The free plan enables you to create as many engagements and social posts as you want—it’s almost too good to be true! You have access to all of our Labs, including Analytics, Reputation Monitoring, Social Media management, CRM, and more.
There are a few volume limitations on the free plan, which you can always raise by switching to the $49/month plan:
Social and Service Connections (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, blogs, Google Analytics, etc.)
Free: Five (5) social connections
Paid: Ten (10) social connections
CRM Connections (Individual Contacts)
Free: Up to 10,000 CRM contacts
Paid: Up to 50,000 CRM contacts
Outgoing Emails
Free: 100 emails per month
Paid: 5,000 emails per month
