This video will show you how to customize a customer Feedback Form in the Engage lab. Select “Create” to start new, or choose to “Re-Use” the Feedback form template.
In the Engage lab, select “Create” on the left, or “Re-Use” beneath the Feedback form template to customize your own.
In this order…
- Enter basic feedback form info: Title, image, description…
- Customize feedback form: Add your questions (optional or required)
- Input final additional info: Schedule, branding elements, social content…
- Distribute! Immediately or at a later time.
