- Login in to the IntellaSphere mobile app through this Login screen by entering your email address and password and then click Log In.
- Choose the business you want to write a review for by clicking on the wheel icon with the downward arrow to the right of the screen (outlined in red). A drop-down list of all available businesses appears. After choosing the business for which you want to write a review, click Customer Review.
- Select the checkbox beside Business Review and click View at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the star-rating you want to under Rating, and then write the review as a patient in the Write a review section.
- Fill in your reviewer details, such as Reviewer Name, Email, and Phone Number. Click Submit in the iOS version of your mobile phone or click Add a Review in the Android version of your mobile phone.
- Your patient’s review is now saved in the IntellaSphere mobile app. As a healthcare service provider, you can post it on your company website or share it through social media, and the process is complete.
As a patient, you will receive a confirmatory, thank-you email from the healthcare practice for which you wrote the review, once your review is posted.
